The Stevinson Way
We are not like other car dealers.
We never have been. Not since Chuck Stevinson himself opened our first dealership back in 1962. But today, more than ever, we must prove exactly how different we really are.
This is our promise to do just that.
After all, the only way we'll ever get you to think differently about car dealers is by being a different kind of car dealer.
Our lots will always be clean, always professional. Not overrun with hokey gimmicks. If we thought clowns or giant gorillas were a good idea, we'd open up a miniature golf course.
When you drop by, we won't pounce on you like wolves on a rabbit. We're here to help, to answer questions, and to make sure you drive home happy. That's it.
Our showrooms are relaxed. Friendly, even. The only pressure you'll come across here is in our tires.
We'll be honest with you. Every single time. (We don't expect too many other car dealers are gonna jump on this bandwagon). We won't play games. No hide-and-seek with your car keys, that sorta thing. You want games, go to a toy store.
We'll never beat you up over price. Sure, we'll dicker back and forth a bit if you like. But it's never gonna get ugly. Nothing below the belt.
We promise not to waste your time. You've got better things to do than sit around here all day haggling with us. At least we hope you do.
We won't forget who you are the minute you drive away. We'll call to see how you like your vehicle. And drop you a postcard or an e-mail when it's due for service.
When you call us, you'll be greeted by the pleasant sound of a real, live human being. Not some fancy answering service that makes you punch in a zillion numbers before you can talk to someone who can help you.
Our advertising will be clear and simple. No yelling. No screaming. No cheesy jingles.
We are a local company. When you do business with us, you're supporting the local economy. Gotta love that.
We're only human. We make mistakes. But we'll always do our best to make things right. And to see that you're anything but disappointed with us the next time.
When it's all said and done, it really boils down to honest service, fair prices, and treating people with dignity and respect.
We may sell cars, but what we're really sending our customers home with is satisfaction. And that, in a nutshell, is The Stevinson Way.
